Buyers are responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with Claudia's Crochet) if an item isn't returned in its original condition. *

All custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once work has started on a custom item, cancellation is not possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

We will only issue payment when the returned items have been received and approved. Customers should expect the refund to be processed within 1-2 days and the the refund should appear in your account between 7 - 10 business days for a debit card and for credit cards, it can take between 3-7 days, depending on your Financial Institution.
